Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to Nexus Document Parser and apply whenever you sign up, log in, or use the platform.
Use Of Service
You may use the Service to process documents you own or are authorized to work with. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any content you submit.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use submitted content to train AI systems.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to abuse platform resources, to attempt unauthorized access, to reverse engineer any part of the system, or to interfere with other users or service availability.
AI-Generated Output
All output produced by the Service is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before acting on it. RRK GLOBAL INC makes no warranty that output is accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose.
Plans, Billing And Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy below.
Credits
Certain features consume credits from your account balance. Unused credits carry forward while your subscription is active. One-time credit purchases do not expire. Credits hold no cash value and are forfeited upon account termination.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase at our sole discretion. Refunds will generally not be granted where the Service has been significantly used. To request a refund, contact support@nexusdoc.io.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. No prorated refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RRK GLOBAL INC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RRK GLOBAL INC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree, do not continue into the application.
