What We Collect
We collect your email address, username, and password (hashed) when you register. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email. When you submit content for processing, we store results tied to your account. Standard server metadata such as request timestamps may also be logged.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate and improve the Service — including account authentication, processing requests, storing your history, sending verification emails, and processing payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Content You Submit
Content you submit is processed to deliver the Service. Results are stored in your account so you can access them later. You can delete your history at any time. We do not use submitted content to train AI systems.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers for infrastructure, payment processing, and authentication. Each provider maintains their own privacy policies. Payment details are handled directly by our payment processor — we never store raw card numbers.
Cookies And Sessions
We use a session token stored in your browser to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Analytics, if enabled, are limited to aggregate data and do not identify individual users.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Users in the European Economic Area have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Changes
We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
