Each time you upload or paste a document and click Analyze, that uses one analysis.
Do unused AI credits expire?
No — leftover credits carry forward every month, stacking on top of your fresh 30 monthly credits.
What is the difference between analyses and AI credits?
Analyses are document scoring runs. AI credits power generation features — resume rewriting, cover letters, interview prep, etc. They are separate pools.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time; you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Do the 3 free analyses reset?
No — free tier analyses are a one-time total, not monthly.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment information is never stored on our servers.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund window from your first paid charge. Contact us within 7 days at support@nexusdoc.io. Refunds are granted at our discretion based on usage — heavy credit usage may result in a partial refund. Top-up packs are non-refundable once credits are used.
